Interesting article/clip on the resurgence of kibbutz volunteers in Israel. Takes me back a few years, because this was the main reason I came to Israel, to volunteer on a kibbutz. Never did make it, of course, after being tempted by Tel Aviv and the local eye candy. It'd be interesting to know what the yoof of today think of the kibbutz and its socialist ideals, or is it just for the sun and fun (like wot I came for innit)?
